Yes. You will also need to use the correct ('60-'66 A-body) oil pan and pickup; see here and here, and if your car has an automatic transmission, you need to make sure the 1/8" adaptor ring is present between the ('68-up) larger crankshaft counterbore and the ('67-down) smaller torque converter nose, or you will rapidly eat the transmission front pump seal and bushing; see here. Other than that -- no problem.
