I am gonna cut this short with the following statment:
I HAVE bought from him that the item was delivered NOT as advertised.
I am not a new poster and have put substantiated statments on this site.

That's all I'm gonna say about this. Except that Rick tries to show good faith where Dave deserves to be met with a sock full of sparkplugs
