Anybody running 17" Cobra Bullit rims on a Duster

Ok i gotta bring this post back up. I have a set of mustang FR500 wheels im trying to fit and I cant figure out how everyone is doing this. The bullets and cobra R wheels must be different. I turned the rotors down so that they are the correct hub size but the wheels can only slide on about 3/4 of an inch. What am i doing wrong? Please Help
