Had an accident on my Harley

Well it turns out after waiting a week and a half for the police report with the guys info his insurance policy was cancelled! I filed a claim and was called back by progressive and informed the policy was cancelled in November. I will be letting the police know this in the morning. Good thing I was not seriously injured or I would be in a real bad spot.
