I can do about 2 lbs at a time heads and all. The nice thing is once they are cooked, I can freeze in 2 lb portions. They last about 3 weeks before there gone. =P~
Shoot I eat em 20 lbs at a time.
Going to an all you can eat mud bug party and dance tommorrow. I can probably polish off 4 or 5 of the cardboard case boxes full in the 2 hours they are serving. Crawdads have it made. They get their tails pinched and their heads sucked. lol
