Any pics of aftermarket buckets?
Here are the Viper seats in my car. The install would have been much easier if it weren't for the fact that there were already something like 6-8 holes on either side of the floor anyway from the previous owners' attempts at putting in different seats. Didn't really want to fill all the holes and make new ones, so it's not quite a lined up as I'd like, but they work well. They're pretty comfortable too, I appreciate the side bolsters. I made the mounting rails with just a universal seat slider from Speedway (google search) sandwiched between two 1" aluminum square tubes. In retrospect it was a pain to get the nuts tight in a square tube, but whatever, they're in now =P. The last picture shows the little tilting setup I made, you can sort of see the pins on the third picture too. I want to paint / restitch the gray of the front seats into the ribbing on the rear seats, but I need a back first. The seats came with the car, but I've seen them on Ebay for as low as maybe $75 or so each, so not bad price-wise. The bottoms even have a latch that will let you take the bottom pad / foam off for mounting and stuff which is nice. There's also a little squeeze ball you can see at the front of passenger seat in the first picture that's for a lumbar airbag in the seats. Low tech but it works, lol.
