On other furums been discussing a 2006 Chevy HHR electric fan module?
:happy1: Give you a litte more time to eat the popcorn....got the radiator and fan in tonight after drilling two holes in the aluminum angle for the latch support...not done yet as the back of the fan motor hits the nose of the water pump...have a new piece showing up tomorrow to see if it will help with the clearance before I do anymore hacking...I can grind out a little more material on the tank sides and gain another 3/8 of an inch..I think about different ways to do things before making a radical mistake..I guess that's just my personality...here goes some pics..
upside down with the electrical pigtail clears everything else..right side up and the pigtail hits the crank pulley....go slow..
