Is this radiator a good deal?

Does that radiator have shroud mounts on it? It looks like it does but can't tell for sure, but I use them to mount my e-fan so that would be great.

I have come to the conclusion that going to a 3 core copper fan is doing more harm than good, partly because I think it was sub-quality work and cores used. I figure if I'm going to replace it, I might as well go aluminum.
