Rear quarter panel destroyed

Wow, dude. This bites. Glad it didn't flip the car or worse.

Couple questions, what did you use to cut the old panel out with?
I noticed in front of the rear tire, you cut above the bottom and then it looks like you ended up cutting it all the way (based on black paint from top to bottom). Any reason for this? Or is this a jedi-mind-trick?

Nice repair. And I think the body-color bumpers look better than black.
