Is this radiator a good deal?

I am in total agreement with hersbird what's with the top shelf stuff. If the quality is good and it will do the same job why would you want to go with the high dollar name brand stuff. If you want to "keep up with the Jones" and spend your money just so you can say you have "X" brand then go for it. I have been able to spend 40 percent less on the build of my car because I didn't have this thing about having the "best" item. FYI I can afford top shelf but I will spend what I saved by careful shopping and spend it on a second project.
Just because it cost more doesn't mean it is the best.
