pushrod info needed?
FWIW, the 7.625 pushrods are $39 at Mancini Racing.
Also, I have the LA magnum head set up. I am using a Comp XE268H cam these pushrods only preload the lifters about 0.010" with the base circle on that cam and the stock stamped rockers. I get some valve clatter when I start the car in the morning that goes away once the car starts to warm up.
I decided to go to an adjustable rocker are (i.e. 1.6 ratio small block chevy) with a stud conversion kit from crane. The 7.625" push rods are way to short with the aluminum rockers to the point the rocker contacts the guide plate (plus the angle is all wrong). I have been told that a 7.800" sb chevy push rod is the right length but I will be checking this weekend with a checking pushrod.
