383 harmonic damper

they started using cast cranks after 71 i thought they were all forged too. i was not thinking of using my 360 parts on the 383 just wanted to know if i needed a specialy ballanced flex plate I.E. did the torque converter have a balance weight on it. all this came about when they were trying to balace it. need to get them the parts so they can balance it
