Cam wiped out, what the hell did I do wrong?!?!?

Double checked guide/seal to retainer clearance? No possible coil bind ? Seat pressure? Break-in oil with zink additive ? With double or triple springs, break-in the cam with only "outers". Good Luck, ateam.
