I was also considering buying one of these a while back but opted instead for an MP adjustable dizzy instead as if I remember correctly these are fixed in terms of rate and amount of advance and I wanted to be able to tune it specifically for my car.

they are adjustable,is just not real precise .there are 2 tabs on the advance plate that can be tweaked to limit total advance.the one in the link is not a procomp but the procomp parts will interchange with it(advance springs,cap ,rotor ,etc.).they come with 20*mech advance.all in by 2200 on the sb version.
