I read that Mag cams are 250/262/110 in at 119. This makes an Ica of 64*, and 116* of comp, 127* of power, and effective overlap of just 12*. Advancing it to 106, the numbers are; 51, 129, 114, e-overlap is up to 36*..The change in Ica could pump up your cylinder pressure to over 165psi in a 9.4 Scr 5.9. It would make for a very stout bottom end.
