Found my dads original 1971 duster!

At the end of the day, you're not going to ever sell the car given its family connection. So make the changes now to suit your intended driving habits. Nobody will knock you for that. Cool car and a cool story. Congrats on grabbing the car back to where it belongs.

The winner will probably have an F8 green 4-door Plymouth Barracuda with a 225ci 2-BBL engine, 904 transmission, bench seat and Houndstooth upholstery with a Flower Power vinyl top and exhaust turn-downs. :poke:

I saw my first Tesla truck today.

It looks like it's from a game called "Minecraft" If people want a truck to do truck things, then buy a proper truck....not a full sized Tonka toy.

    Are you a narcissist?

I did the IQ test and scored 1 out of 3. I took the same test again 2 minutes later and scored 3 out of 3. So, I can conclude that my memory function is tickety-boo.

Nobody sales parts.....not even here in the technical forums. You can sell parts in the appropriate sections here....and magically it doesn't cost you anything but you time and a little effort.

How much extra would you charge to clean it before sending? I have had purchases held up at Customs here for excessive grease and oils in the package.

The addiction has just begun......you won't be able to stop now. I had to wean myself off buying Hotwheels cars.....got to around 8,000 at one point. I do drool over anything A100 or Ford Econovan. Those little 60's era vans and pickups are so cool.

    speedway motors electric brake kit

If you do decide to go with a booster, you could use a remote vacuum booster like I used on my A100. Makes me feel better about stopping now.....4-wheel drums were OK for a couple of hits, then hard to stop after that until they cooled again. And before anyone says anything, they were set up...

    Post your self portraits!

I did something similar as an apprentice. My Tradesman was working on a fan heater....when he went for lunch, I sprayed the elements with CRC, and switched it on full heat. When he came back to work on it he turned the power on, and he was showered with white smoke. Everyone laughed, except...

I actually bought a rebuilt steering box from Carsteering back about 10 years now.....I didn't send a core back due to shipping costs. The box is fine and still in use to this day. I have adjusted it a bit, but it is possible to rebuild these boxes yourself if you have the right machinery...
