I think the coil is fine if the primary and secondary resistance measurements are within spec......Although, I have seen them break down under load.

I do believe that '71 has the red line. I have a '70 in my dash and it's all black (which I like more than the red anyhow) :)

They just stuck us with another Carbon Tax increase on April 1, and the Capital Gains tax rate is going up another 17% on anything over 250K this June.

Basically, I just double the asking price and that's what it costs us in CDN dollars.

You should see what it costs us to buy parts from south of the border.

I'd do it the right way. Shaft oiling holes point towards the exhaust manifolds when installed correctly.

That filter looks all mangled......I wouldn't run it that way. :(

My 1971 booster is a Midland Ross unit. The one in your pic looks a little larger in diameter. I do not believe yours is correct for a '71.......But hey, I've been wrong before:)

I had a 1971 SB rad done in North Bay with a 3rd row added and IIRC, it was under $400 CDN.

I'm not really a bumperette guy either.....But I think I would leave them on if they were original to the car, and are in good shape.
