    I'm not sure about the bottom picture. I assume the springs are relocated too. Bottom picture may have something to do with that. Top picture, second down is for the hinge reinforcement. You need to weld that back in. the curved part sits on the wheel house.

    Some of those pieces were welded in from the factory and were removed for the mini tub. They have to do with the fold down partition. Not real sure but most are not needed structurally other than maybe the reinforcement for the deck lid hinges. The plastic IS for the front splash area.

    The top hole on the bracket dead ends against the Cylinder wall in the coolant jacket. Sometimes coolant doesn't come out due to the area filled with packed dirt. If you tighten against the cylinder wall you will bulge it inward. And if the bolt is way to long you will poke a hole in it...
