    Wilwood front kits 69 Barracuda

What is your goal? Why do you want to replace the (I'm assuming) factory Kelsey-Hayes calipers? If it is for weight reduction, maybe take a look at SSBC's aluminum calipers. They are supposedly direct replacements for the cast iron K-H calipers. I don't like that company, or its predecessor...

    Wilwood front kits 69 Barracuda

If you want to keep your wheels, you need to be concerned with more than the bolt pattern. The size of the Wilwood hub is larger than will fit the center register on factory 5x4" wheels and probably 5x4.5" wheels. If you already have aftermarket wheels, then maybe they'll fit.

    Alignment Help

Use an adapter that attaches directly to the spindle. You need to remove the dust cap and the hub cap on your wheel. Screw on the adapter and attach your magnetic mount gauge. Longacre Racing Products 52-78414 Longacre Caster Camber Gauge Adapters | Summit Racing

I Need Engine Experts! 340 Roller Lifter and Pushrod Issue

There's another piece to this system that's missing in your picture. A retaining "spider" that bolts to a boss in the lifter valley holds the "dog bones" on top of the lifters. This allows the lifters to be shorter because they don't need to have links quite a bit higher than the lifter bore...

New rallye dash replacement gauges/tachs (some insider news from the supplier)

AMS also operates as Herb's Parts. That website is a little better for repro stuff. But yes, as 67fish383S says, call. They're good on the phone. https://www.herbsparts.com/products.php?cat=460

    Air Tracker

They're cheap enough, and you'd be surprised how many hits it will get off other people's phones. But no, not perfect or infallible. For the price though, pretty good and lots better than nothing.

    Air Tracker

I have a couple of Tile devices that work with my Android phone. They're OK. It depends what you want them to do. They broadcast a pretty weak signal which is picked up by yours and other phones. As long as it's in range of a phone with their app installed, you'll have a current location...

Is it ok to copy a W5 head and make it better or are we just mad at Speedmaster

 No problem! Reaffirming and adding background info. It seems crazy what they do, but there's a method to their madness.

Is it ok to copy a W5 head and make it better or are we just mad at Speedmaster

They have to do this, because if they don't they could lose their trademark protection. They have to pursue all instances of unauthorized use of trademarks, or they could be told down the road "since XYZ company used the pentastar on their parts and you knew about it and didn't demand they...

    Thermostat Housing sizes

Some of the M1 manifolds used a smaller thermostat, maybe the same one as used on Magnum engines. Your new manifold is probably specced for the one used in V8s from the 1950s until the Magnum came out.

speedmaster stuff pulled from Summit racing shelves

That's a good question. If the reproduced product shared is currently for sale by the copyright holder, he could rightfully claim to have suffered damages from non-authorized use of his property.

[WANTED] 10 X 2.5 in rear drum brake assemblies for 8.75 diff.

I had several 1968-72 B-Bodies with 8.75" rear ends. All the front drum brake cars had 11" rear drums. All the disc brake cars had 10" rear drums. I'm not saying there are no exceptions to this, but that's what my cars were equipped with.

[WANTED] 10 X 2.5 in rear drum brake assemblies for 8.75 diff.

In all likelihood, yes. Think of all the Road Runners with 11" drums and 14" wheels. Disc brake clearance is trickier. The caliper has to clear in diameter and width.

Welcome back! Well, there's still no consensus on what color a 340 engine was painted in 1969.

340 exhaust heat shield needed for Van's to repop.

I was just reading the thread that Joe posted, and someone from Detroit Muscle Technologies was telling Van's that a guy who used to work at Roseville but is now at Mancini's has been working on a reproduction. Is that clear enough? :p

    A833 fluid

GL-4 can be used as a hypoid gear lube, but in most cases it's probably better to use a GL-5. Long ago it was explained to me that GL-4 is a compromise in hypoid applications.

    A833 fluid

Go to this page and click on the "Where To Buy" button. It's showing in stock at Grainger outlets in my area. https://www.crcindustries.com/api-gl-4-multi-purpose-gear-oil-1-gal/ It's a small demand item, so it could be discontinued. Or possibly a batch blending wasn't scheduled soon enough...

OK, let's get back on track. Sorry for the highjack! Different Hilton Hotels have their Mobley Burger. The chef in the short video explains the name. They can differ from hotel to hotel, but the one requirement is they must be good! I've had a couple, and they are.

Lucky guess! From about 1670 to 1800 a branch of my family lived along the CT river. Hadley to Northfield. Years ago I was in Whately looking for my 5x great grandfather's grave. I was looking in the big cemetery across from the old school that had a sheriff's substation in it. Right next to...

I loved Henry's when I was a kid. MacDonald's came in '64, and Henry's was gone shortly after. Tom Wahl's is a local joint that had one location for 30 years, but has had a handful since the mid '80s. Hand ground, hand formed, made to order. Started as an ice cream stand in 1955. They...
