    340 Block Numbers

So the first number 9 is the year 1969 model B represents Hamtramck assembly plant The last six digits are the numerical sequence on the assembly line. Whether it was a dart or Cuda I'm not knowledgeable enough to tell. Maybe someone else can help you there.

    Finally!

Be SUPER careful during the assembly. Use lots of tape, towels, etc. to protect the paint.

    Happy Meal prize.

LMAO! The doctor in the second picture is the weight loss doctor in the TV show about 600+ pound people trying to lose weight. How perfect is that. Not sure if she has had sex or not. Hard to tell from the picture.

    A904 real seal questions

My car has all four wheels on the ground. There isn't a hole in the boot. Any others want to opine if I have enough distance between the yoke and the tail end of the tranny? Does the driveshaft move forward and back more than 1" during normal operation? B

Yes, I used a straight edge and they align perfectly. Still, I've ordered the newer style water pump pulley that puts it with the alternator, rather than the power steering pump. b

    1966/'69 A100 Twins Build

Only planned on experimenting with the front nose Quiet Ride sound deadener but after you are up to your elbow in contact cement you may as well just finish it. There is a definite difference in how hollow it feels in the cab now.

    Belt guidance

If the belt grooves are in line and the ratios are what you want, there's no reason why the set up won't work. The alternator pulley looks backwards to me, but if the groove is lined up with the other two, it should still work.
