How would you rebuild this 318?

2 plug wires in the incorrect firing order can make your engine sound like it has a rod knock(forgot which ones). If messed with the plug wires recently and you have a mild knock, check your firing order. If you did not mess with it and it just started to happen, then oof.

    [WANTED] Stabilizer bar bracket

That would be fantastic if you have one. The part of the bracket that bolts to the K frame is definitely an opposite but closer inspection on the exterior part that busted off looks like it is identical and could be used to repair my damaged one even if I had to cut it off and re-weld it. My...

Can I opt out of the blue forum?

I don't like it popping up in the list and really could live without it. I'm not offended by it and really don't care what guys say and do with their weenies but I don't have one and I'm not interested in the whole thing.

My mechanic confirmed the points looked a...

    Vapor lock- additive?

Not half. But it will bleed off some. That is, as long as you use a bypass regulator for the return orifice, OR use a fuel filter with a metered orifice return nipple. If you simply plumb in a straight return, then yeah, your fuel pressure will drop dramatically.
