They were 2.5 at the Y pipe originally

Never saw a 340 with a drip plate. The drip plate came later. Every 340 and HP 360 I saw had the bolt with the hole through the center. My time line was only through the mid 70's. Too busy doing other things after that.

I have a pair of 315 heads with the 66 up intake bolt pattern also. If it has 3/8 intake bolts with 9/16 wrench heads, don't sweat it. They appear to be closed chambered heads, that should match with the 920 head.

I'd buy an original 67 Commando Y pipe. It would be a very nice upgrade for any single exhaust on an A-Body. Sent mine to Jet Hot, fixed some leaks and had them ceramic coated. Just waiting for the right car to reinstall. They sound real nice with 2 inline straight thru mufflers. Too many...

What is the number on the TQ? Can you take more pictures of the TQ?

Any 340 or Mopar Performance electronic distributor and electronic system will work well. New cap, rotor, Taylor Spiro Pro wires , platinum plugs. I'll second having halifaxhops setting up any electronic distributor to high performance specs.

I'd run the 318 manifolds.

920 heads are great. But, I would have them tanked and magnefluxed first. If good, milled .020, mill the intake side .019, probably need to replace the exhaust valves (stainless steel), clean up the bowls, get a competition valve job, brass freeze plugs, and redo the guides, might as well add...

Any 318 small port intake will work. Original 273 intake and Carter AFB works very good, I would think the AVS II would work well also, since you can adjust the secondary air valve. Same goes for a TQ or Quadrajet. Use a 68 up 340 throttle cable bracket. You can even use an original 340/360...

You can still get the windage tray bolts new.

If you press on the small diameter internal part of the main shaft the cam and advance assembly should come off.

Only one I could find offhand. Original 64 A-Body Hurst shifter. Two above the cross over and the reverse goes below. Revers arm points up.

64 Dart? What mounting plate are you using?

That is not a reluctor. It is the cam to open and close the points. It does not come off separately.
