What I have seen of others that have done this is that some ball joint studs are really to short while others may have enough threads to get the nut on all the way with a thread or 2 sticking out under the nut while others don’t have enough threads. Kim

The steering coupler may have been put together wrong. Check to see how much may it has. May need a good wheel alignment as well. It’s also possible that the K frame is worn out where the lower control arms bolt in. Kim

70/71/72 will be the same for the federal pumps but the numbers are probably different. Kim

I think he uses 2 inch studs for the rear wheel disc kits. Maybe he can get 2 inch fronts as well. Kim

I do know that when the 6s were in my cars there was quite a difference between the adjusters. Drivers side bolt was turned in farther. With the V8 in there they were more or less equal on adjustment. Kim

Make sure the steering wheel is straight/level b4 and after the alignment. Kim

He got the separate from somewhere. I can’t remember from where. Moog ball joints.

My buddy has them on his 71 demon. The nut has a couple threads hanging in the air. Not ready to drive yet but I think he will change the arms. Kim

My 89 D150 had a longer shackles on the rear to lower it. Kim

I have tried numerous so called fixes on my 3 1/2 centrelines. Including the soap trick on the tires. Tubes will be the next fix. Kim

Loosen the mounts off. Lift engine then retighten. Kim

U say this even though u stick the bar in backwards it doesn’t make a difference? U r now twisting the bar in the opposite direction it was when it came from the factory. How can that not be a bad thing. Or am I missing something? Kim

. The springs were on my car when I got it in 1998. I added the long race shocks. When I put my SS springs they actually lowered my car alittle bit. But that could of been when we put the in order kit in and the narrowed Dana 60. Here is some pics. Kim
