[WANTED] 66 Column Shift Power Steering Column with V8 904 shift linkage

Depending on what you desire for an end result. You could use any 63-66 steering column, and a floor shifter. 63-64 column would not have a shifter mechanism. 65 would have a shifter mechanism (unless floor shift equipped), but the shifter could be removed. Not many of these cars were PS equipped.

Cost for labor on stroker build?

This made some interesting reading at 3am in the morning. Chevy this, Chevy that. I got a buddy at Keystone that had won a lot of races traveling all over the eastern coast 5-6 years ago. He had a well built small block Chevy in his strip only 66 Chevy II. I was running 6.0’s and he on a good...

Stolen A-Bodies From CA High Desert

A transport full of late model Kias probably wouldn't get a second glance but a trailer full of A body Barracudas would stand out like a sore thumb.

Cost for labor on stroker build?

I have a 427 sbc in a G body, the shortblock was built Shafiroff Racing engines, 10/1 comp, AFR 220 heads, Hrc and I can guarantee you it doesn't make 650 hp. 575 maybe. I also have a 512 RB w/Indy EZ, MW port heads 10.5/1 SRC, Indy MW intake for Dommie and it might make 650-675. That's why I'm...

    video: lca bushing fit

Oh I agree, that stuff isn't intended to change the class of fit for two parts, like changing something from a loose slip fit back to the intended press fit. Like I said, good stuff when used as intended but not the right solution for this issue. This falls under "get parts that fit" for me.

My 68 Cuda Trunk Trim from Steve Clair Young

I would have to go look it up, just got home from Stillwater Mopar swap meet. Your right, all that he had to do was charge me. He didn't even put the carbs back in my shipping container. He used to advertise in MCG, he was a self proclaimed Sixpack specialist. We got into it pretty hard on...

    Nicks Garage 383 build

High compression and boost is just fine, I’ve done it and it makes big power. You just have to convince the owner that it won’t run on junk pump gas and it needs a real fuel, like methanol.

    Leakdown test on rebuilt engine

Steve the so called standard is .040" There's more to it than that, if you find the original aircraft spec, it involves orifice entrance and exit angles and such, but close enough for us rednecks. My 1.99 thrift store TI scientific calc (solar LOL) says 3/64 is .0467. If you can...
