    1965 Offenhauser 273!

If that is going in an early an under a stock hood; that will not fit under the hood with all those carb spacers. I have an offenhouse single plain correct for that time period with a 600cfm on my 273 and the air cleaner barely fits.

    Keith Black Hemi oil pan

From the picture, looks like mine is the 931. I don't know a lot about the car I bought. The drag link at full right or left hit or touched the back of the pan. I went aftermarket front suspension so it doesn't hit anymore. Probably not helpful, keep looking!

Short Shaft Slip Yoke 727's in Old Airport Tugs?

Thanks, but they don't have anything. As far as I know all of those A100's had a Ball & Trunnion style. Thus the reason I started this thread. I don't think there were ever any short slip yoke transmissions used in highway application vehicles, but there might have been in vocational...

340 six pack carbs will this work? 440/340 combo

They will work fine. I have had 440 carbs on my engine, tried my stock metering plates, and the Promax, the carb body is fine. Your engine will never know the difference.

Hey Eddie, any idea how many clips per side there were from the factory? I also see that you responded to the arm rest post. Right now I have a total of 10 clips between the two sides, not sure how many more I need to get the job done. Are you willing to swap armrests or do you just want to sell...

    Strange S60 Rear End Help

Depends of what leaf springs your going to use also, Super Stocks vs Calvert springs would be different angles.

Thanks Fred, those pix sure bring back some memories! The Cuda is just perfect in my eyes but the toggle switch dash and removable steering wheel are a turn off to a lot of folks. By same token that’s why their key don’t fit!

Really need to know what angle the perches sit at ride height to determine where they need to be burned to to achieve 5 degrees down on pinion. It’s a lot easier to get right on the car with full weight on wheels

leaf spring center bolt height Q

8&3/4 leaf springs/race app. right now the top nub of the center bolt sticks up maybe 3/8", just enough to engage the perch(s). If I add tapered shims to correct pinion angle the nub would engage the shim but not high enough to engage the perch. will the ubolts have enough clamping to hold it...
