    Magnum and Wiring Swap

Do you know what cam it is exactly? The stock tune will only tolerate so much duration / overlap before it starts to get confused. I'm not surprised to hear that. I had originally set up the fuel sync in my 5.9 using the method described in that youtube video. More recently I set the sync...

Well, I guess it's time to pick your favorite & build an engine.

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Been there. My trials bikes consist of a Yamaha TY250 which is the one I competed on for years. A Honda tl125 and a 250 and enough parts to build at least one more of each. What do you want? I can deliver on the way to Alaska in a month

Wish you wasn't so far away I'd like to buy another old Trials bike.

    Anyone done a strong 400 build ?

I built a 458 out of a bunch of spare parts, put it in a gutted 70 Duster with 2 stages of nitrous. It was plumb scary when the second stage 250 shot came on.

    Kelsey Hayes hard line question

Wow, that's way off....maybe they thought 72 was bbp with single piston? I made crossover lines from nicop. Way easier to bend and fine for brake lines.

DEMON FENDER TRIM - What's the difference? DART 70-2

Thanks for taking the time to post that shot of the fender extensions. Major help.

Stop in for a cup of coffee

I grew up on a 70 Honda SL350. Really a nice all-around bike. My passion is trials riding but the last Trials bike a few years ago I flipped it thinking I could still ride a wheele after not riding for years. The only thing I hurt was my pride.

    1969 Plymouth Barracuda 340 Manifolds

Well... I chose shorties for a different reason. Ground clearance with a 4-speed. The driver side pipes with the long tubes just hung too low for me and didn't give me the look I wanted. No argument that there is a performance trade-off by not using long tubes but I don't think its a lot. My car...

I took a ride up the beach on old PCH. On the way back to the house, one of those flashing message boards on the roadside SOBRIETY CHECK POINT AHEAD :wtf: That wasn't there 30 minutes ago  Finally get up to the Chippie, got my visor flipped so I could speak if necessary  "Kool...

    Lack Luster Brakes

Interesting... There is nothing like that in the 70 Service manual. I guess if I ever take off the master cylinder Ill take that measurement Oh God... I didnt even think of that... I guess that would be very easy to determine if I am taking the drums off anyway. Thanks for the idea.

    69 AMX

Update. Got some additional pictures from the previous owner. Yesterday I ordered an axle kit from DrDiff to convert from the weak tapered axles. Also ordered a set of 3.31s. Got all the parts gathered in one place. I’ll be picking up the car and parts sometime at the end of July. I had a...

    Kelsey Hayes hard line question

Is this typical out of the package fitment for this line? I know I could bend it into position, but didn't expect engineered from factory lines and cnc bent to be this far off. The one installed with gray cap is inline tubes. The one zip tied on top is fine lines. Lines were ordered for 72 Dart...

I did some work on my headers and I am very happy with them now. They were the ones that went around the steering linkage.

Welcome. Beautiful car......I'm sure that you will do a great job. And no, most of us don't do this for profit. LOL, we are usually upside down by the time we are finished.

I assumed you meant street and high durability. I stand by my recommendation it's all shelf stock as well.

2017 ram 2500 broken manifold bolts

And the win goes to Dale Davies, Thank you! You wouldn't believe how many people will argue that the gr-8 shear strength is greater because the bolt is stronger.

    1969 Plymouth Barracuda 340 Manifolds

It's unfortunate that you're so turned off by headers. A set of long tube Hedmann Headers fit great and are a great price. And they last a long time. If you wanna go top notch, the long tube TTI step headers are TOO TRICK...
