Here's a couple more pieces cut and welded in. Some of the plug welds out in the middle got away from me but it will get ground down and seam sealed ( sparingly as to not get yelled at again by Bill)

I'm of a mind to touch up the red and blue paint on my Valiant's trunk and grill emblems. Not really looking to get into a full restoration, just want to fix the paint without pulling the emblems off the car. Does anyone know the correct colors and best type of paint/primer to use?

The tensioner is designed to be used on a link belt type of chain. A double roller will chew it up. At least going by the pics I’ve seen. I’ve never used one, and with a quality double roller chain there will be no need for it.
