    Rear Versus Front Tire Widths

just be warned...the shock mounts were not designed to carry vehicle weight, only transient damping loads. when we bought my duster when I was 16 in 1991, the car had air shocks on it and both shock mounts were ripped out of the floorpan. it only had 50000 miles on it. your mileage may vary...

Question: What is the Best timing chain setup LA or Magnum

I’ve used several tensioners on double roller chains and it didn’t eat it up. What you can’t do is use that stupid bolt with a hole in it, drip trays, oil slingers or any of that garbage. You have to get pressurized oil onto the chain.

    Tires make a HUGE difference!

Depending on Ur cam. I’ve had really good luck with vacuum secondaries. A 670 Street Avenger on my small block worked great. As they work with the engine needs. Paying attention to the secondary spring pressure.

Hello, I have Met Tim at some Local Car shows, I know the car that he bought well. I probably drove it and worked on it somewhat when I was a kid. We connected again about 6-7 years ago and he gave me the slant 6 and transmission out of the car, for slanted projects that most folks are not...

Getting fed up of high-perf , being happy with less

Life is funny at times. From around 1976-1983 the friends I met while I worked at a gas station are all still living. I met them after being semi challenged to a street race. One had a high winding 283 in a 67 chevelle, one in a 1968 Camaro with a 327, and a 1967 mustang with a 390 in it, and me...
