They don't grow on trees. The 1965 V-8 904 is not a push button trans. It is cable shifted but has a different valve body (some other differences that don't matter) than the 64 down trans. The 65 is a one year only trans. I might have a 65 V-8 904 core trans on hand, but I am in Florida.

He drives a lot for the Tedesco family but a very good friend gave him that black Chevy a couple years ago. My son told me he leaves in second gear in his powerglide so it takes power from the bottom and gives him great mph. Check out his mph for that ET and he was probably out of it letting me go.

Hey all, I’m looking to do a hydraulic roller cam for my 72’ 340. It has J heads with 1.88/1.60 with stock crank and bore. There’s no complete kit for a hydraulic roller cam that I could find.What would I need in order to do this conversion? Thanks!
