This is a GT ( this one is for AC) This is 270 ( and base????). ( note the end is rounded as there is no glove box cover on this model) and there is a separate part for the radio.

11.08 vs 12.56 is a 1.5v Voltage drop Is that with the engine running or off? That's a lot. Check... The bulkhead connectors are clean and tight. The ignition switch connectors and terminals are clean and tight. You should check it with the engine running

I am using a thin spair that fits flat in the spair tire well so I had to get a shorter bolt. I just stumbled on a OEM bolt dished washer and wing nut, unknown application, it is 6" from end to under the head

there might be signs that the inlet was on one side then moved? Have you talked to the manufacturer yet?

The OP is having issues ate speed the gap MIGHT make a difference at idle but not at speed IMHO other than trapped air the only thing changed was the radiator. ARE you sure they sent you YOUR radiator back???? maybe they sent you a comparable rad for fit but not in tube design etc?
