Hey John, I always look for that chicken thigh deal for .99lb also ! I brine/marinade mine with Frank's,lemon juice, worchestershire for a day or two and throw them on the grill and try to get the skin crispy. looks good

John, We are fed just as much salt brine as you guys in Pa. Isn't there a big refinerey in the north western Pa. near the Kinzua dam ? Could the added cost of fuel in your state be because of leadership ? (taxes) maybe ?

I am in the process of making billet 5/8 thick aluminum adapters with the pieces that bolts to the crank/flexplate that centers the snout on the convertor. You will see them on here when I get them done. The first one goes to my friend Mel.

John, Is your garage insulated ? Why not air condition a part of it where you do that head work and stay in there and work ? I'll bet it will be so nice in there you won't want to come out into the heat ! Get more done = make more money !

I believe Atlas was in Kalamazoo Mich. I am restoring an Atlas belt/disc sander from the 50's, all cast iron and in great shape. I took the tag off that was rivited on before I sandblasted & powdercoated everything green hammertone. Atlas Press was on the tag.

I recently saw a new casting from "Steven Sun" on Speier's site and he really gave it a very good review as he is using them for his Chevy program thru Chris Cobb. I have heard that Steven Sun is one of the best China castings and maybe the only one to use.
