    Leave them sticking out as far as looks good. Those little black rust pits that form on the chrome bumpers is from the exhaust.

    TTI has had rust issues since the 90's, (google it) near impossible to get warranty from Canada with cross border issues. My customers that complained, I gave a few hundred$$$ back, others I just replaced with Doug's, and sold off the rusty ones cheap. Haven't used TTI since,- Doug's only.

    You spent a lotta money for horsepower. You'd lose a lotta h/p with shorties, no scavenging etc. Doug's long tubes for all my builds, folks pay me to make power . Google TTI rust issues, I stopped using them back 2000. jmo Good luck .

    Folks always ***** like you have to take the headers off everytime you change oil, - ffs. Mosta mine have been on over 5 yrs, one over 10 yrs. Headers are still the most cost effective way to gain h/p .

    The 5303 had the #1 tube go straight down thru the "Y" gap in the k-frame, then went under the k and steering gear. Was first header I bought for the Dart from the Mopar Parts counter, kept warranty too. Was one of the first 3 things the Hustle Catalog suggested for improvement.

    You'll need to check the diagonal measurements of the datum points as shown, left front to right rear, then right front to left rear, compare them and the other diagonals and see if the frame is "diamond" shaped . Many roundy-round cars are, some by choice, others not, lol

    The 453 fit just about every model, but you certainly could be right.
