That is what I was thinking. If the shoulder harness was an option in the first half of 1968, then the threaded hole will likely be there. The manufacturer would likely have the threaded hole there on all cars and use it when the option was chosen.

Another vote for ACC. Also, I just bought a brand new Bosch starter for my RV from Rock Auto for about $40 less than anyplace else and they shipped it that same day. So see if Rock Auto has the ACC carpet you need.

Who would have thought. I can see the fronts fitting, but the nice fit for the back seat is a bonus. I guess a modern "Full Size" car is the equivalent to a 70s mid-size car. I have been wanting 6-way power seats in my 69 Barracuda for quite a while. I wonder what just the front seats would cost?

ABSOLUTELY. That is GOOD advice. I have seen many car shows on TV where they clean out mouse mess without masks or gloves. That is not very smart.

I agree with @Icetech. Do it yourself. I have done several pairs of bucket seats and some back seats. It is pretty easy.

The Heat gun may very well work. I guess you would not care if the carpet got damaged. You could also try steam. You might be able to rent a steam cleaning machine.

If not, you can do what I have done. Using a 3/8" or 1/2" drill bit, drill out the trunk lock. then you can use a flat blade screwdriver to pop open the trunk.

Are you talking about the '260-69W Mopar 1966-69 A,B,C-Body Rallye Woodgrain Steering Wheel'? I bought one for my 69 Barracuda, and it was a direct replacement. I did not need to do anything. If that is not the wheel you meant, you'll need to be a bit more specific.
