    Intake coolant leak

Those are "plugs", got it. Set intake on, no gaskets, use feeler gage, that 1 picture looks like there's a gap at the top of the intake/head.

    Intake coolant leak

Yeah I get that about the intake BUT that installed intake is using the LA bolt location. Are you using LA style intake gaskets? If so, the bolt holes are in some-what of a wrong position for Magnum bolt position.

Balance plates. Who's right, Who's wrong

I knew someone would try this angle, but NO it is not "flipped" it is rotated 180*, other than the off-set bolt holes it IS still 180* rotated. If this still confuses you, disregard the direct comparison and focus on the fact that each plate was mounted on the crank individually and produced 2...

Balance plates. Who's right, Who's wrong

...BUT I wanted to see how this stuff compared. Tested each plate attached to the crank individually and then mounted the 2 plates clocked 180* to see what that would net, if they were identical, they should have canceled each off-set to become "neutral". Not so, they were still out by about 20...

    440 head gasket question.

Why did you choose a 93 thou thick head gasket (Titan ICS # s643893) for an already low compression engine?

    Never mind

Some of this, and some of that should be considered. Until it's an actual creation, who knows. UNTIL IT'S AN ACTUAL CREATION. Step 1, follow through with seeing if the block will even do a .020 bore. I like the title "never mind".
