Batch 007 is better than 006. It is a little less proof butt smoother. 006 is more oaky. Like it spent longer in a charred barrel. You would be proud, Found north uses Canadian whiskey, blends itt, and bottles it up. The flavors are very bold but still smooth and creamy. Vanilla, brown sugar...

If your going with piston zero decked most go .040" gasket for quench, I don't know if that's will give too much CR, maybe that's why the .050" suggestion.

When Richard Holdener did an air gap swap on a 340 hp 360 the bottom and peak hp were about the same as stock 360 4bbl intake but did gain a little mid range power. Like every else is saying stock if fine. Cam gears stall are better bangs for dollar if looking for more power. Swap at 7:55
