    New here!

All Around Mopars has two young members in Oly. They originally lived in Bremerton, but moved as they pursued better jobs and still stayed with the club. They have a 72 Dart, a 67 Dart and a 72? Duster between them. I'm sure they would be willing to be resources for your project. I'll figure...

New to the forum…my 72 Duster

Love the car, saw it in the Car Corral at Carlisle. Does it have Big Bolt pattern wheels? If stock they would be small bolt pattern wheels which would mean a LOT MORE than just changing the wheels! IMHO the Twister emblem is just part of the whole very complicated paint scheme - I'd keep it!

Found my dads original 1971 duster!

I would not let that stop you. The bad guy in my story was supposedly a friend and there was no contract there either. The lawyer will let you know if there is no case.

Found my dads original 1971 duster!

With $70,000 into the project, I'd be looking for a lawyer and a legit shop to look at the car and assess it. A friend of mine got screwed on a car issue several years ago. He got a lawyer and ended up suing the guy and ended up with a judgement for $30,000 plus interest until the debt was...

I'm new to the group and looking for help with a restore.

I ran across these new taillight lenses on ebay motors for less than $80 delivered https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2499334.m570.l1313&_nkw=1970+Dodge+Dart&_sacat=6028

I'm new to the group and looking for help with a restore.

A pair of tail light lenses that fit and work cost around $100. I would suggest that you try Van's Auto Parts - same lenses for a bit better price. The pattern in the available lenses are a bit different than a Scamp - they are repops of 1970 Dart lenses. No one repops the Scamp lenses.

    Mopar Rally Caps

The dark argent cone type centers were stock in 1971- light argent in 1970 (first year for those wheels). IMHO you picked the best looking centers when you went with dark argent cones...

    Thanks for add

Same scoops were available on some Dusters, even Twisters with 318s, so since it's the same hood, not surprised they look like they belong there!

    inherited dodge dart swinger

Consider a rebuilt 318 that is a direct replacement - less hassle and even comes with a warranty. Seems a lot easier if you're not into solving puzzles and doing fabrication. I've had a succession of 70 Darts with 318s - bulletproof and easy to maintain. My current crop:

Long Time Lurker Finally Saying Hello

Love your car, and especially how much you have done yourself. It's so great that you are driving the car - Sick66 should be a blast 1970s are the best Darts, but then I'm a little biased...
