Just a few thoughts. Have you verified battery voltage is being supplied to all of the ignition coils positive terminals from the ASD relay? Do you have a good ground to the engine and PCM? Any trouble codes showing up?

Mine is similar to 67Dart273. I replaced the air vent box with a block off cover and mounted the computer and a box for fuses and relays there instead.

Does a viper trans have a slip yoke?

Looks like a fun project. One issue that I ran into when I first tried to start my engine was corrosion from the fuel that had sat in the injector rail plugged the injectors so it wouldn't start. Hopefully you do not have the same issue.

I think you are referring to the EGR tube. Not necessary. My 05 5.7 from a 2500 truck has a block off plate from the factory instead of the tube.

Interesting. I have a 5.7 and 545rfe and the tti headers clear the trans pan. I have biscuit mounts but I am using 73 steering linkage so I had to do some pipe denting to clear the steering but had no issues with the transmission other than the some grinding on the structural cover to clear one...

Not sure if it applies to the viper trans, but a word of caution regarding transmission yokes. If you use the 545RFE trans a 727 yoke will physically fit and has the same # of splines, but should not be used as there is a slight difference in how the splines are cut that allows some extra movement.
