I'd say go original. I have a buddy that went with the original color for his duster (GY9 Tawny Gold) and it really stands out for not being a typical bright color.

Yea I got a chance to see it the other day. Its in not too bad of shape but it deffintely needs new quarters (filled with mud) among other things. I was expecting a daily driver for that price but the guy said he just pulled it out of his shed after sitting for 15 years.

I remember putting the same kit on my car..... everything went on as you described and I had the fiber washer left over. The only issue I had was that the bolt has to be tight enough to crush the copper washer, otherwise it will leak.

Is there any specific way to remove a stuck torsion bar, or its the pipe wrench the best method? I have done this a few times, had one stuck on my Dart (hitting a curb didn't help tho) and I resorted to a pipe wrench and hammer to get it out
