    7 1/4 axle swap

I just got a decent ‘63 Dart wagon with, I suspect, the original 7 1/4 rear end. Going to install disc brakes and will go to 4 1/2 bolt circle wheels. Are there any axles with 4 1/2 that swap right in there? I’m thinking not. If not, I’ll be looking for an 8 1/4. I’m just a cheap *** and...

    [WANTED] Dutra front three

I’d like to locate a good front Dutra manifold for my ‘63 Dart wagon.

[WANTED] 833 bell housing for slant 6

I just acquired a ‘63 Dart wagon and it’s a stick shift. Sooooo, I’d like to find a bell housing for a 4-speed. The car doesn’t need a 4-speed, I need (OK, want) this for the fun of it. Also will be looking for the rest of the swap.

    Older polisher modification

Search on this site didn’t help. I have a twenty five year old Black & Decker 6124 polisher/buffer. It is a single speed that seems too fast to me. Does anyone know about making the polisher into an adjustable unit. I’m too cheap to buy a newer polisher.

[FOR SALE] Pearl white '66 Dart bucket seats

These are from my '66 GT hardtop. New foam and Legendary covers. I drove the car with these seats for a couple thousand miles. I wanted seat bolsters and headrests so I used salvage yard seats and had them upholstered. The tracks are included with these seats. Tracks work just fine. I made...

    Door weatherstrip/windcord????

I've got my'66 Dart GT hardtop in pretty good shape, but I've had difficulty with the new door weather strips. I got new ones from one of the main suppliers, but I purchased parts from so many that I don't remember which one this product came from. No, I didn't keep the receipts, but I will...

    '66 Dart GT window channels

Seems I've wound up removing the vent window assemblies and the rear glass track from my GT hardtop and I think I can get the channel for the front of the door glass, but whassa deal with the rear one? I removed the channel assembly and I find it to be very wide and deep. I've been unable to...

    Thanks to Nathan Moretti

I'm the guy who bought the '66 Dart GT wheel opening moldings from Nathan. Got 'em today and they're exactly as he described them. That was a good buy and thanks Nathan. Jerry in Denver

A/C compressor mount for slant six

I mentioned this on slant6.org, but it needs mentioning here too. Charrlie S sells a compressor mounting kit for the slant six that is just great. I recently got one of Charlie's kits and it fits just perfectly and is eaxy to install. Since I have Dutra Duals, I did have to re-do the rear...

'66 Dart GT rocker molding clips

It has become clear to me that finding some of those clips will be a bit difficult. I'm wondering if anyone on here might be able to post a few nice clear multi-positional pics of one of those clips. Looks like I'll be making my own clips and I'd like to have a pictorial headstart. Thanks all

    Reverse wheel backset

I have a '66 Dart GT that has a disc brake conversion from a '73 Dart. I'm wanting to use 185/70/14 tires which need a 14X6 wheel. I'm wanting a deep dish wheel, so am considering 14X6 reversed wheels. I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with the question of what backset will clear the calipers...

    1960 Chevy/possible Mopar trade?

I know, this ain't a Mopar, but I'd like to get an early A-body. I'm enjoying working on my Chevy, but a Dart of some sort won't leave me alone. I haven't had a Mopar since my second '66 GT about 35 years ago. I loved both of the '66 GT cars that I had and miss them. I ain't a Rockefeller...

    Another Colorado old car-guy

Don't expect I'll have the impact of the last guy to post this forum, onecatnodog, but heck, I still have lotsa fun. I meant to mention to him that And another thing, we have four cats and no dog. Cats are cool. I'm in Denver, CO and retired. Now there is time for the important things in...
