    2.56 60 ft says it all. That is terrible for your combo. I see major traction issue. With the right traction, you'd cut 1.8's. Just that alone and you are well into 14's.

    yes. That kegger intake isn't stellar for performance. I would think still a little better than 93 mph in a A-body with 3.23's and 4 speed though. Still 245 hp "net". More hp and torque than a factory 340.

    I agree. I use that math with my own cars to see what "potential" there may be. Stock eliminators usually get on the other side of that math - meaning going faster than that math. If I can get a street tired/highway car to go within 3 tenths of that math, I feel the car is working pretty good.

    Usually that math works best for bracket cars. In other words, cars that are built and meant to 60 ft., etc. You know, 4.30 gears, slicks, if automatic 8" converter. Usually have to add .3-4 tenths for street cars.

    the "kegger" intake on the mags kill rpm's. A good dual plane intake will add hp to the upper rpm's and move the shift point up a few hundred rpms.

    No posi ( :poke: poke a few :D). added 4bbl, used a less lift/duration cam than a factory 360 4bbl. that's it. Car weighs 3240 if I remember correctly

    105 mph should be much faster than 13.5. I'd expect a stock magnum would outrun my stock LA 360 and it went 13.9 with 2.45 gears/no headers.

    My Durango is a 2wd and got between 17 - 18 mpg on a 40 mile round trip commute to work at 60 mph. My 3/4 ton Ram 2wd gets the exact same.

    had a 600 eddy on a 318 that I couldn't get the bog out either, with stock converter and 2.76's. But I finally got the bog out with one word..... "Holley" :D

    no, i said i have not run the EFI magnum in a Duster. I was just stating from my experiences what I'd expect. I have no doubt a 360 mag, headers, 3.91's in a A-body would be in the 12's.

    I say if you are using the LA 360 pan, and LA front (timing cover, etc), then just use the LA 360 pan set. They work, and I've never had an issue with them leaking. Or else, try the one piece, make a video of what you did, and show us the results so we have a future reference. If it leaks...

    Aftermarket aluminum heads are designed specifically for performance. Besides weight, flow was obviously in mind. Buy 'em, bolt and go will results in immediate performance gain. Pay the price, easy performance upgrade :) Don't ever mistake that for iron heads not performing. Seen enough...

    so, the answer is it's ok? if you drop in a mag with serpentine belt using mag alternator, it's ok using the '76 regulator?

    If somebody dropped the mag in using the mag alternator, is that ok with the original wiring on the truck? Don't the mag alt kick out a lot more ?
