Anyone familiar with real estate law ?

If the appraisal is low, the Buyer has only one recourse. pay the difference, or the lender will deny the loan, the deal is dead. You have to be given the chance to cover the shortage. but, if you can't, the deal is dead. the seller can negotiate a new deal. (I have been selling since 1993...

4-Door with 340 from the factory?

it wasn't just a lid and decal, the carb was thermo, and manifolds were dual exhaust..Keep in mind this was a brand new car.so why would the car have that? nobody cared about high performance setups by then, not the dealer, and certainly not in a Cordoba.

4-Door with 340 from the factory?

This is onlyan interesting story, but in 1975 My brother rented a 75 Cordoba for a week in Phoenix, and when he went to check the oil at the station the air cleaner said 340. and, in the late 80's I also owned a 74 charger 440 magnum with a forged crank. 71 block, but it was a numbers...

We got almost a foot so far today in Arizona!!!!!

I agree! I moved out of Phoenix in 1985, and spent the next two years in Houston. Hot,steaming tropical climate! I spent 18 months in Panama when in the Military,, and it was cooler there than southeast Texas!

We got almost a foot so far today in Arizona!!!!!

In 1976 it would get hot, but at dusk the temps dropped, and humidity was 7-8%. by the eighties, the population exploded, as did all the grass, trees, asphalt, and cement.and allergies from all the plants easterners brought with them. now it is 3.5 million, with all the above,,, the worst today...

    340 or 360?

I have the 56 Savoy with the 277 and it is a sweetheart, all 160 horses of it! I use a 96 ram 360 for my driver now, and in the 80's to 1996 I probably put 100k miles on numerous cordobas and doge Magnums, as they were our family cars. The 360 is a great engine, and does a good job with the...

I do also own a 69 340 GTS, and all I can say is when driving it I laugh and giggle all the way. it is a blast to drive, revvs like crazy, and has the energy of a golden retriever that was let loose after being locked up all day!

    340 or 360?

assholes have the common sense to see it is all about how much money goes in, and what it is worth when your done. If you don't care, great.but a cast crank 360 has the same value as any run of the mill 350 chevy engine. It works for what it is, but that it is all it is. A guy finds an original...

    340 or 360?

I agree the 273 is also a great engine, and when that 340 is on that engine stand, five people will want that 340, to 1 person wanting the 360'

    340 or 360?

bare 340 block, 500-800 360 100 bucks, maybe. common sense dictates invest in what goes up in value, not flat value. a rebuilt 340 on an engine stand is $ 4,000,,,,or more. 360 maybe half.if you are lucky,,,,

    71 duster at mecum

In 1992 I owned a 70 dart 340 with the three on the floor,,, I wanted to sell it to a friend of mine, but he said I made it up, as all 340's were four speeds, so he didn't buy the car. In 2017 I reminded him that he said that, and he acknowledged that he had to be the dumbest guy on the planet...

    71 duster at mecum

I own both numbers matching and non numbers matching,, and the cars don't know the difference. One fact is the numbers matching cars regardless of engine are more rare, as many lost the original. That to me is the only reason they are more desirable. And, As my wife says, they aren't worth...
