I don't understand why you don't like it on there. I have them on mine too. I think you are gonna need to go to 15 inch wheels if you want some more meat under there. 245's are the biggest you are gonna find in 14 inch.

It might be the headlight switch. I have seen this happen several times. Headlights working and tail lights not. I would put money on it if I were a betting man.

I have the Summit 2.5 inch exhaust on my 1972 Duster 340. I think they are really nice. Had to cut out about 4-6 inched out of the middle of the front passenger pipe, but that did not sway my opinion on it. Sure, you could spend $500.00 on a custom bent exhaust and get a nice set up (or not)...
