The dam is, but the county took down the Dam Store, so they could keep it from going in the river. The family lost everything when their house went in, but they did manage to get equipment and memorabilia out of the store.

They should be fine, the river would need to rise ten feet to get close to going over the levees. The water upstream almost filled the valley below the dam.
