    i had my 15x7 steel wheels made with the custom backspace (4.5")by wheel vintiques. their standard wheel is 4.25 backspace.

    70 dart converted to large bolt pattern.. stock style brakes . 15x7 with 4.5: backspace and 225/60-15 tires all the way around.. like i said if i were to do it again i'd 4.75 baclspace..

    8" will be tight. proper backspace may get them on there. have to measure carefully. I'm running a 15x7 with 4.5 backspace and a 225/60-15 tire. firs well, doesn't hit anything on our 70 dart. if o did it over I'd got 4.75 backspace.

    not sure what headers you are talking about , but tti small block headers make plugs cake to get to. even easier then manifolds.. .

    Info on 727/ 440 in 69 A body tail stock movement

    I've read numerous times about the poly mounts causing vibration. not sure if they don't absorb vibrations enough or just throw off the pinion angle.

    got the car back from alignment today. really only drove it home because the weather here today is nuts.. sky can open up at any moment. feels good.. so weird compared to before... had it to like 70mph and felt real straight.. the bilstein shocks made a huge difference. still can't...

    i'd scrap that shroud and electric fan and put a stock shroud and clutch fan on that baby.. i think that thing is blocking air flow more then helping anything.

    run hot or give up a few hp. i know what way i'm going... i mean you still have a heater and winshield washers in the car so its not like you are trying to get every tiny bit of performance out of the car anyway.. doubt you would even fee a difference.

    first off 195 is fine. does it stop at 195 or does it continue to climb when on the highway? a lot of these cars originally had 195 stats in them. but if you are that worried about it, how about a picture of the rad and fan set up? is the electric fan blocking air flow at speed? it runs 195...

    the dynomax super turbos are weird. seem to drone bad with manifolds and not so much with headers in my experience. once aligned I'll drive it and see how it really is. fox bodies originally had two different lengths to eliminate drone. I'm sure you know that with all the fox stuff you do...

    TTI or dougs. i used to scrape the headmans on my dart on this dip down the road all the time.. put TTI long tubes on it and woudl cringe when i realized the dip was there and i was going too fast. the TTI never hit however fast i was going..
