    if you don't mind the look of an aftermarket radiator champion is a pretty solid choice and cold case fit very well. a 67 would've had driver's side inlet/outlet so be specific when ordering and double check that and the mounting locations.

    exactly. after i press the pin out i usually just get in there with a BFS and pry out what's left of the bushing. after that you're left to your own devices on what to do with the sleeve. or, like not do in the case of non-stock bushings.
