What type of car are you working on? What engine? In your last picture there looks like a hard line just out of focus. Is that the line going to the carb?
Is this going to your daily driver? I would hope not in PA. But who knows. People have been driving carbureted cars for a long time. I would think you can tune it to how your are going to drive it. There is a lot more to fuel injection than just bolting a bunch of parts on. Yes I have done...
On my 1972 it was the same setup. The hard line was laying there open by the right front fender well. I put a small nipple under the bottom of the air cleaner and ran a rubber hose to it. That way it vents into the air cleaner, no fumes, no problems. Plus it looks kind of factory. Been that way...
If that doesn't pan out try to find a NAPA store. The one close to me carries or can get all sorts of odd stuff. They found a rebuild kit for my small block Carter fuel pump. You never know, but these guys are older and have been there for 50 plus years.
The PCV should be on the front. You can connect the brake booster directly to the intake manifold if you have a spot. Brake booster should be on it's own port also.
The Carter 6270 should do it but you'll be on the edge of the pressure pushing the float needle off of the seat. May be tough finding one though. The Holley's will take a bit more pressure than an Eddy will. Used them racing years ago, never ran out of fuel at high RPM's but every setup can be a...

You can get just jets and springs here that way you don't need a complete kit. If that helps.
Carter AFB Jets & Metering Rods
Bottom of the page has AVS stuff.
I have used the Carter Strip Kit in the Edelbrock carbs but the little numbers they stamp on them are not the same. I used numbered drill bits to make sure what size they are and set them to the side while tuning. Also not all of the rods are the same length and some have a lot of differences in...
Could be a Holley or a Motorcraft or even a FOMOCO. AMC used just about anything and everything if it is the factory carburetor. Might be best to get the number off of it and see what it is first. I'm sure you could still order a reman through a parts store.
You maybe able to run a regulator and get the fuel pressure down enough for a carb but you will have to come up with an ignition system. The PCM controlled the spark / timing advance. Plus you have to run some type of relay to power the fuel pump. The PCM only closed the ASD relay after it saw a...
