    Anybody use clutch tamer

I feel that any relevant experience that can be shared will be beneficial to the small group of stick shift guys that are left out there. The very cool thing that weed burner brings to the table is data to back up his statements. I have three season on my GTS with a tamer and there is no...

    Anybody use clutch tamer

I ran a powergrip HD. It had a pretty harsh engagement below 2000rpm with 3.23 gears. It worked excellent with a clutch tamer at the track. Does the clutch disc you are running have a regular sprung hub or are the springs encased in urethane? I think you said on Facebook you are running a...

[SOLD] Carter Thermoquad 9810 800cfm non OEM

I'm game to do whatever I just hate to see things that we can't purchase readily get damaged in shipping. Fiberglass hood latch question

Can you bolt through the front hood support? Your other option is a t-nut and some JB Weld. I am in agreement that you need hood pins in the front. If you have a scoop in the car is driven at higher speeds you may want to add them halfway up also. I have seen a lot of fiberglass hoods that...

[SOLD] Carter Thermoquad 9810 800cfm non OEM

I respectively disagree in regards to the large flat rate shipping box. Our business ships every day so I have a pretty good handle on how much packing something needs to survive a trip. This carburetor in particular has a 3/4-in spacer so it is proud of the box by at least .250 leaving 0 in...

Rear end advice for racing with a 4 speed

For a leaf spring car you cannot beat a S60 from Dr. Diff. The problem with a leaf spring Mopar having a back braced rear end is shock clearance. If you run the back braces all the way to the housing ends to be most effective you have to hack out big chunks of the bracing to make room for the...

    Anybody use clutch tamer

I have my timer set up with adjustable stops on the all thread so it has a few inches of free play Going Down and does not slow anything down until the last 1 inch of upward travel when the clutch disc starts to make contact. This is why they have you check the clutch disc to flywheel...
