I want to stick with a hydraulic roller to make it more streetable. From what I’ve read up on, people have made 440-470 hp with a hyd roller cam of similar specs.

You need to remove the bowl. Not a big job. I have never encountered that particular issue.

The camshaft would be my main concern for making that power level.

Might have to pull the distribtor and rotate it one tooth. Also, there is a second adjustment slot on the back side of the distribtor.
