Thank you all for the quick responses. We have the super bright headlights. This wire gets so hot it glows! I've reached out to @crackedback in hopes to order that from him. This is driving us bananas!

...figure out why our LGN wire coming off the headlight switch to the foot dimmer switch is getting HOT. We have checked both the L3- 18R and L4- 16V* from the headlights to see if they had a short to ground and they are not, unless we have the headlights plugged in. Which I believe is correct...

I did with a light weight oil? Should I put a heavy oil and check it again? After doing a google search I must be doing something wrong.

Picked up the motor, borescoped the cylinders, they were clean and free of any rust pulled the valve covers and this is what I found. Looked under the coil mount for numbers and there is a H440 stamp and a 1 10 2. I didn't see any other numbers. I put some light oil in all the cylinders and...
