For the most part, we had great renters, mainly cuz we researched them. Part of the bold print on the rental application stated, "the insurance company demands a walk-through of the property every 90 days." They sign it, and you do it. Good tenants, We seldom increased rents, and if we did...

    Banned from Facebook!!!!! Rant!

My wife has had more 'timeouts' from flakebook than I can count because she has a very strong opinion on politics and is also an admin on several political groups on flakebook. I have little to no use for it, and only scan through marketplace for any good deals.

Any idea where I can find a spindle for my 1970 plymouth duster

The 10” drum spindles are not reproduced, you have to find a used one. Best bet is probably to put up a want ad here, make sure you specify what side you need because someone might have 1 and not a pair.

I'm Cummins swapping a '74 Duster, thought I'd share the progress.

lol, 2” torsion bars. You’d have to make the rear hex anchor removable so you could install the bars. Or you could install C-body hex anchors at both ends, that would give you up to 1.5”. That’s what the NASCAR Mopars ran…

My experiences with renting and rentals; I always treated any place that I was renting as if it were my own, including doing any repairs that were not structural, those were the landlord's responsibility. I remember when I was looking to buy a house, every single house that I viewed that had...

Any idea where I can find a spindle for my 1970 plymouth duster

Hi everyone, I have a largely original 1970 plymouth duster. 318 car that had 10" drums all the way around. I did a SBC front disc conversion and have been happy as can be. Sadly, it appears a race worked loose in one of the rotors and ate up the bearing. Rotor is now seized on car. I'm...

And some 2” torsion bars . Might as well remove the windshield now vs waiting for it to jump out first time you punch it . A 4” driveline and a minimum of a Dana 60/70 . SS springs ( 2 passenger sides ) Reinforce the trany cross member .

I love them. Wife hates them. Kids are split. Around here’s a pint of persimmons pulp runs 4-6 bucks and only available September thru October, if you’re lucky.

So, I agree, bad idea. But, before we get too crazy on the weight thing- a 426 street Hemi weighs ~843 lbs dry right? And no one would question the guy if he was putting in a 426 hemi. I’m seeing specs like 1,150 lbs for a 5.9 Cummins. So, yeah, heavier. And lots of beefing up to do. But I’m...

I agree with Kern Dog that this idea is ill advised. Just because something can techniclly be done does not mean it should be done. Putting a Cummins into a D150 or something would be a natural swap but shoehorning one into a smaller passenger car makes little to no sense. It's not a passenger...

Sad news from Rapchak the man helping me on the Demon.

I still have issues from my bike collision over 42 years later. My left leg took the worst of the impact and the ankle is at least 50% bigger, my knee has never been the same. I'm now 61 and I refuse to be afraid to enjoy my life because of the assholes of the world who can't drive or think the...

Although usually it's a couple of weekends, or a...
